The new assessment values for 2024 have been published. Sales filed before February 1st 2024 should also be available. The Landowner labels on the map may take an additional 24 hours to update but the correct name will appear in the information box at the bottom of the screen if you click on the property.
Map Update
Data has been updated for sales recorded with the Register of Deeds prior to January 1, 2024.
Tax Update
The 2023 taxes, payable in 2024, have been added to the real estate information.
New Layer - Buildings on Leased Site
It is now possible to view and select buildings and mobile homes that are on leased sites from the online map. A new layer in the Property Information group will allow the user to see the locations of buildings on leased site. The most common building of this type are mobile homes. Clicking on the building dot will cause the building-on-leased-site (BLS) pin and a link to the property record to appear in the summary information at the bottom of the screen.
This layer is off by default and will need to be turned on by the user when needed.
With this update mobile homes and other building-on-leased sites will also generate a map when searched for using the real estate search option.
